I am traveling on a caravan of 15 camels with two Arabs named Adam and Noah. I just woke up two minutes ago on a camel. I watched as the came to me and gave me water. Noah loomed over me with a couple of dates and bread. I said Shokran jazeelan. This means thank you do much. I heard him mumble As-Salamu Alaykum. This means peace be unto you. I didn't get why he said it but I thought OK. I got of the camel and started to walk. We walked for a couple of miles. It was hard to keep track.
We started to walk forward. It was becoming harder to walk and move around. There was sand being whipped in my face. I looked at Adam and he gave me a shrug. As we pushed our was through the sand I saw a cave. I asked is we should stop there but he said we are almost to Mecca. Just out of the yellow I saw a sand storm coming this way. I ran as fast as my little legs would carry me. As soon as I got to the cave I looked back. They were there looking for help.
Too bad I'm not going out there. I looked around the cave. I saw gold, diamonds, pearls, and lots of bones. It was creepy in here, but it's worse out there. I decided to peek out to see how they were holding up. I looked where I had last seen them. They were not there. I looked back just in time to them being blown back by a storm. I know they saved me from dying in the sand and I will save them from dying in the sand.
I turned into an exploration jeep and drove to get them. When I got there they were unconscious. I loaded them into the jeep. I took them back to the cave. I gave them water, food, and bandages (this is how bandages were invented). After the storm ended I went out and looked around. It was actually a pretty day.
I walked to Mecca to get some fruit and meat. When I returned there Noah was standing upright looking for something. I asked him what he was looking at. He didn’t answer. I looked at him. His eyes were shut. I tapped him and he fell over. Guess he is sleep walking. I put as much gold as I could carry into my pockets. Then I time traveled back to New York, NY
I think your font is a bit too big, but otherwise, it's good you mentioned Mecca, and how did you get onto that camel in the first place?
ReplyDeleteI liked your post, I also agree that your font is a little big. I was kind of confused how you got to the desert?
ReplyDeleteYou might want to add a little more background info, it is a little confusing in some spots
ReplyDeleteIt was nice that you helped and fed the Arabs since they saved your life.
ReplyDeleteWell it was a good story, it really brought me in... but the font is sadly taking up the space, not the imagination.
ReplyDeleteI like how you used the vocab words
ReplyDeleteLooks like you saved the day by turning into a Jeep?!?!
ReplyDeleteNice post, I like how you used your vocab words. I agree, with the others, its a bit confusing.
